General Scenerio
In case we get an cancellation request or an email from the customer and till that time the order has been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled.  has complete right to decide whether the order should be cancelled or not. In case of Perishable Goods
In case if a customer wants to cancel the order for a perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.

In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate will not be cancelled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 2 days of purchase.

Cancellation of Order by
Customer needs to place a call at call center no 9999880202 within 3 days of order placement and 24hrs of order delivery to cancel the order.

Once cancellation request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 5 days to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund.  reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Exchange/Refund policy
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of exchange:

•Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, at our cost, by calling us ,it usually takes about 3 days to have the product picked from your place.

Exchange shall not happen under below mentioned circumstances:
•Products perishable in nature.
•Items that have been used or opened.
•An item not returned in the condition it was received.
•Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
•Jewelry [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]
•Electronics and Mobiles [ with exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect ]
•Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
•Please note that follows30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks,Furniture, CDs, Books and Toys.
